That's what I do. I don't push transactions. I help you understand your options, make informed decisions, and execute confidently.

Background

I'm a licensed Massachusetts real estate salesperson (License #9579004) with Steve Bremis Realty Group, based in Somerville and serving Greater Boston.

Beyond traditional brokerage, I've been involved in real estate investment, renovation projects, and development across Cambridge, Arlington, Lexington, Winchester, Medfield, and surrounding areas. This experience gives me a perspective that most agents don't have — I understand both sides of the transaction.

I also co-founded Nestmakers Real Estate Investment & Development Club, a construction and educational platform focused on helping people understand real estate fundamentals beyond surface-level advice. I am a former Medical student and MBA, which helps me analyze deals with a critical eye and explain complex concepts in simple terms. I am a former musician and artist, which helps me understand the emotional side of real estate decisions and connect with a wide range of clients.
